Ingredients
gram flour-170 gm
potato -2 boiled
mint paste-3 tsp
chat masala-1/2 tsp
hing-2 pinch
rice flour-2 tsp
Preparation
Add boiled potato in a bowl, mash it well, then add other ingredients, knead it to become a soft dough, add water if needed, then take a idiyappam press, fill the dough, and press to hot oil and fry well, you can make it like uzhunnuvada.
