Coin Porotta

Ingredients

maida-1/2 kg

milk-1 tbsp

egg-1

salt

water

oil-1 tsp

Preparation

Add all these ingredients in a bowl, mix well, then knead it to make a dough, rest it for 1/2 hrs. Again knead it well, then cut it into small balls,flat it into thin chapathies, roll the chapathies from both sides, then roll it together, tap it well, then flattern it. Heat a tawa, spread oil, put the porotta, cook both sides, finally, tap all together.

1cup wheat flour

11/4cup water

1tbsp garlic paste

2tbsp coriander leaves

Preparation

Add all these ingredients in a bowl, mix all well, make a thick batter. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, just round it, cook until it become thick and dry.

Preparation

Add banana to a bowl, mash it well, then add melted jaggerry, mix well, then add other ingredients, mix all well and make slightly thick dough. Heat oil in a pan, put small quantity of dough into it, fry well.

Squid Roast

Ingredients

squid-1 kg

shallots-25

garlic-12

ginger

coconut oil

curry leaves

green chilly-4

kashmiri chillt-3 tbsp

coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

crushed fennel-11/2 tsp

garam masala-1 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Grind shallots, ginger and garlic into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add grinded paste, chilly, and curry leaves, saute it until the color become brown, then add masalas and tomato, mix well, then cook it until the raw smell gone, next add squid and salt, cook 5 minutes, then add crushed fennel, garam masala and pepper powder, mix well, finally add lemon juice.

Gram flour sweet

Ingredients

gram flour-3/4 cup

ghee-1/4 cup

sugar-3/4 cup

Preparation

Mix melted ghee and gram flour, then keep aside. Melt sugar with water, then add gram flour ghee mix, cook until it become thick, now transfer to a greased plate, allow it to cool, then cut it into desired shape.

Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

water-1 cup

sugar-1 1/2 cup

saffron

cardamom-1/2 tsp

leme juice-1/2 tsp

milk-2 cup

cardamom

semolina-1 cup

baking soda-pinch

ghee-1 tsp

oil for frying

Preparation

For sugar syrup, melt sugar with water, then add lemon juice, cardamom and saffron, mix well, keep it in low flame.

Boil milk with cardamom, add semolina, stir well, cook it to become thick, then transfer to a plate, add ghee and baking soda, knead it well, make small balls, then fry all balls. Finally dip the balls in sugar syrup, then keep it for 15 minutes.

Bread dosa

Ingredients for dosa

* Bread slices – 6 nos

* Rava (semolina) – 1/2 cup

* Water – 2 cup

* Salt – 1 tsp

* Rice flour – 3 Tbsp

* Lime juice – 1 tsp

* Baking soda – 1/8 tsp

To prepare masala

* Potato – 3 nos

* Onion – one

* Green chilli – 2 nos

* Ginger – small piece

* Coconut oil – 1 Tbsp

* Mustard – 1/4 tsp

* Cumin seed – 1/4 tsp

* Curry leaves

* Salt – 3/4 tsp

* Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp

Preparation

For dosa, mix all ingredients in a bowl, soak for 15 minutes, then grind it into fine batter, then make crispy dosa.

For masala, heat a pan, add oil ,heat it well, then add cumin, and mustards, pop it, tnhen add curry leaves, onion and other chopped veggies, then saute it well, add potato, mix well, and mash it, cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients

Full chicken with skin-1

for marinating

Preparation

For marinating, grind all ingredients in a mixie jar, then marinate chicken with this masala, then take ingredients for filling, mix with this masala, and fill it into the stomach of chicken, tie the legs of chicken, then rest this about 6 hrs in fridge. Then take a pressure cooker, add olive oil, then add chicken, cook in low flame. After cooking well, pour chicken stock to a pan, add chicken, cook it until it become dry and fry.
