The reserved marinade is mixed with water and added to the pan, along with yogurt and the cashew paste. Salt and cilantro are added.The partially cooked chicken is placed in the masala, coated, and cooked covered for about 20 minutes on low heat, with the gravy spooned over it .The chicken is flipped, more gravy is added, and it’s cooked until done . Finally, more cilantro is added .
