Paripp Vada

Ingredients

chana dal-1/2 kg

fennel crushed

curry leaves

dry chilly-2

green chilly

ginger

garlic-8

shallots-6

onion-1

salt

Preparation

Soak dal for 4 hrs, then strain water. Take a mixie jar, crush dal in batches and add it to a bowl, add onion, shallots, fennel, garlic, ginger,chilly and curry leaves to a mixie jar, crush it well and add to the dal mix, add salt, mix all well, heat oil in a pan, make vadas and fry it well.
