coconut milk-1/2 coconut
coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it well, next add curry leaves,ginger,garlic and green chilly, mix all well, add turmeric,coriander powder, and chilly powder, mix until it turns aromatic, now add tomato, mix it well, next add okra pieces, mix it with masala, cover the pan and cook it well, once it cooked enugh add coconut milk and water, let it boil, now add garam masala and mint and coriander leaves, just boil it,then turn off flame.
