Crispy Banana Snack

Ingredients

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Shredded Coconut – ½ Cup

Sugar – 1/2 Cup

Cardamom Powder – 1tsp

Cumin Powder – 1tsp

Banana – 1 ½ nos

Wheat Flour – ¾ Cup

Water – ½ cup

bread crumbs

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut, saute it well, next add sugar, mix well, then add cardamom and cumin powder, mix all well, next add banana, saute it until it become soft, then add wheat flour, mix it again, then turn off flame. Once the heat is gone , make small balls from this mix, then coat it in bread crumbs, finally fry in hot oil.
