Ingredients
cooked rice-1 cup
coconut-4 tbsp
fennel-1 tsp
onion-1/2
salt
rice flour
chilly powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
water
curry leaves
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add cooked rice, and grind it into fine paste then transfer it to a bowl. In the same mixie jar, add coconut, onion and fennel, after crushing it well add it to the bowl, add rice flour and salt, knead it well and make a soft dough, then take small portion from it and make unnakkaya shape. After that steam it in a steamer, then let it cool. Take a bowl, add chilly powder,turmeric, salt and water and make a paste, take each snack and coat the masala mix, finally shallow fry the snack in a pan.
