Ingredients
Rice flour 2 cups
coconut 3/4 cup
cooked rice 1/2 cup
salt
sugar 1/2cup + 1/4 cup
cardamom powder
cashew raisins
yeast 1 1/4 tsp to 1 1/2 tsp depending on type used
if normal yeast prove before using ( using lukewarm sugar water)
Preparation
Add rice flour to a bowl, add rice cooked, coconut,sugar, yiest, salt and lukewarm water, mix all well, then grind it by batches and make a fine batter, rest the batter for 1/2 hrs.After that add cardamom powder, mix well, then pour the batter to a steel plate, steam it well, add cashews and kismis.
