Kappa vada

Ingredients

tapioca

salt

water

curry leaves

onion

ginger

chilly

coriander

salt

rice flour

oil for frying

Preparation

Cook tapioca with salt and water, and cook for 2 whistle.Transfer cooked tapioca to a plate, mash it with a fork, then add other ingredients, knead it with your hand and make small vadas, then fry it in hot oil.
