Ingredients
Chicken-1/2 kg
for marination
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
curd-2 tbsp
chilly powder-3/4 tsp
coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/4
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
salt
for cooking
ghee-3 tbsp
spices
green chilly-3
coriander leaf-1 cup
mint leaf-1 cup
biriyani rice-2 cup
water-2 cup
salt
lemon juice-1
Preparation
Marinate chicken with the above said masalas, then rest 15 minutes. Heat ghee in a pan, add spices, green chilly, and chopped herbs, saute it well, then add marinated chicken, add some water and cook it about half, now add rice and water,mix it well , add salt and lemon juice, then cover the lid and cook well, biriyani is ready.
