Wheat flour Paalappam and egg roast

Ingredients

for appam

 wheat flour–2 cup

semolina-2 tbsp

cooked rice-1/4 cup

sugar

salt

yiest-1 1/2 tsp

coconut milk-2 cup

For egg roast

egg-6

oil

ginger garlic crushed

onion-4

salt

tomato

green chilly-2

curry leaves

coriander-1/2 tbsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

fennel powder-1/2 tsp

water

Preparation

For Paalappam , add all ingredients in a bowl, grind into fine paste, pour the batter to a bowl, rest for 1/2 hrs, then make soft paalappam.

For egg roast, heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic crushed, after the raw smell gone add onion, saute it well, add salt, chilly and curry leaves, cook until it become soft, then add masalas, next tomato, cook it to become soft and mushy, finally add egg and mix well.
