Green gram added Bombai Mixture

Ingredients

Rice flour-1/2 cup

gram flour-1 1/2 cup

salt

turmeric

green gram

curry leaves

Preparation

Soak green gram for 2 hour. Take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, and salt, mix together, next add turmeric powder, mix again, next add water, knead it well and make soft dough.Heat oil in a pan, fill the dough to the idiyappam presser, then press to the hot oil, and fry well. Fry curry leaves and green gram in the same oil, finally mix all together.
