Traditional rice snack( ari murukk)


raw rice-4 cup


sesame seeds


urad dal powder



Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind into fine paste, add salt, sesame seeds, cumin and urad dal powder, knead well until the batter become soft ,add some butter. Grease youtr hand , then take some batter and make the snack( watch video), finally fry in hot oil.
