Crispy Potato Bites
Ingredients
potato
dry chilly
garlic
curry leaves
salt
pepper powder
hing
corn flour-4 tbsp
Preparation
First, boil one kilogram of potatoes with three whistles in a cooker until they are half-boiled . Peel and grate the potatoes .
Then, prepare the masala by crushing dried chilies, garlic, and curry leaves . Add salt, black pepper powder, and asafoetida .
Mix in four tablespoons of cornstarch . If the mixture seems watery, add another tablespoon of cornflour to adjust the consistency .
Spread some oil on top and shape the mixture into small cylindrical shapes . Deep fry the potato bites in hot oil until golden brown.
