A variety recipe which is prepare like unniyappam.
Soak rice and urad dal overnight, then grind it into fine batter. Set this aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves, saute it for a minute, then add onion, add salt and saute it for a minute, then add chilly powder, mix until the raw smell gone, then add this mix to the batter, mix it again. Heat oil in a unniyappam pot, pour the batter, to each holes, then fry it well.
