maida- 3 cup

coconut-1

roasted gram -1 cup

semolina-1/2 of coconut

sugar-200 gm

oil for frying

Preparation

Prepare a maida dough with maida, salt and water. For filling, heat a pan, add coconut, roast it until it become golden brown, add semolina and roasted gram, mix well until semolina cooked enough. Melt sugar with water, then wait until it become one string consistency, now add coconut mix into it, mix well, then turn off flame. Take maida dough, flatten it into medium thick layer, cut it into small round shaped layers, add filling, then fold it, make the corners flower shape, then fry it in hot oil.
