Dates Pickles

Ingredients

green chilly

ginger and garlic

curry leaves

coconut oil

fenugreek

mustard

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp

salt

water

vinegar

jaggerry-2

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek, and mustard, let it pop well, add ginger and garlic, after a mix add green chilly, saute it 1 minute, now add masala powders, pour water and salt, boil it well, next add dates, mix with masala, add vinegar, boil it well, finally add jaggerry juice, then turn off flame.
