ghee-2 tbsp


jaggerry-200 gm

water-1/4 cup

coconut-3/4 cup

poha-3/4 cup

cardamom powder-1 tsp

rice flour-1 +1 tbsp

dosa batter-1 cup

oil for frying


Heat ghee in a pan, add banana pieces, saute it well, then add coconut and poha, combine all well, pour jaggerry juice into it, mix it all, add rice flour to adjust consistency, add cardamom powder, mix everything well, then turn off flame. Make small balls from this mix after the heat gone. Mix dosa batter and rice flour in a bowl, dip poha balls in this mix, then fry it in hot oil.
