ghee-1 tspoon

Preparation

For dough, add yeast to a bowl, then add sugar, egg, salt and milk, mix well, then add flour, knead it well and make a soft dough, keep this aside for raise. For filling, take coconut, remove it from shell, cut off the brown portion, then crush it in mixie jar, add sugar, cardamom, ghee and raising, mix all.

Take the dough, take small portions from it, flatten it in your palms, then add filling, make small balls, then add it to a non stick pan. Heat a tawa, put the pan above the tawa, close the lid, then bake it in low flame.
