yeast-1 1/2 tsp
milk powder-3 tbsp
cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
black sesame seeds-2 tbsp
ginger garlic green chilly crushed
soy sauce-1 1/2 tbsp
tomato sauce-3 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tbsp
Take a bowl, add maida, rava, salt, sugar, yeast , cardamom powder and sesame seeds, mix all well, then knead the mix with milk and make a soft dough, keep this dough aside for raise. After raising it well divide the dough into equal bid balls, flatten it into medium thick chapathi, then cut it into 4 pieces, then deep fry it in oil.
For chicken mayonnaise, heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add ginger, garlic, chilly crushed and curry leaves, mix well until the raw smell gone next add pepper powder, and sauces, after mixing it well add chicken pieces, combine well and cook it , finally add some coriander and turn off flame. Once the curry become cool, add mayonnaise, mix it all.
