ginger-1/2 tsp

garlic-2 pods

curry leaves

gram flour-1/2 cup

rice flour-1 tbsp

hing powder-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

fennel-1 tsp

salt

oil

Preparation

Take finely slices onion in a bowl, add other vegetables chopped and salt, mix well with your fingers, then add gram flour and rice flour, mix it again, next add masala powders and fennel seeds, mix all together. Take small balls from it, press it with hand and make vada shape, then deep fry it in hot oil.
