Vermicelli or Falooda sev,
Black Couscous/Sabja seeds,
Butterscotch Ice cream.
For making butterscotch sauce, caramalise sugar in a pan, then add butter, next add cream+milk mix, boil well and make a thick sauce, keep this aside.
Next, prepare praline, for that, caramalise sugar, then add cashews, after mixing it well, allow it to cool enough, then crush it well.
Boil milk with sugar and condensed milk, then cool it well, next cook vermicelli, and keep aside.
Take serving glasses, prepare layer of fruits, vermicelli, butterscotch sauce, soaked kaskas ,nuts and milk, finally add butterscotch icecream, then serve it.
