sugar powder-2 tbsp
cardamom powder-1/2 tbsp
cumin powder-1/2 tbsp
ghee-1 1/2 tbsp
Melt jaggerry with water, then strain it to another pan, then boil it until it become one string consistency, then add coconut, cardamom powder, cumin powder and ghee, mix well, then turn off flame. Take a bowl, add salt and sugar, mix everything well, then pour water, knead it well and make a sticky dough. Take banana leaf, add the dough a little, spread it over the leaf in a thin layer, add coconut filling one side, then fold the leaf. After that steam it well.
