Banana , Wheat flour snack

Ingredients

banana-3

ghee-1 tbsp

sugar-4 tsp

coconut-1/2 cup

cardamom powder-1 tsp

salt-1 pinch

wheat flour-3/4 cup

kismis and cashews

bread crumbs

oil for frying

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped banana, saute it well, then add sugar and coconut, combine all well, then add wheat flour gradually , mix it with the spoon, then allow it to lower the heat. After that add cashew and kismis, then mix it well, divide the mix into equal balls, coat the balls with bread crumbs, then deep fry it in oil.
