Ingredients

rice flour-2 cup

cardamom-15

sugar

salt-1 pinch

coconut milk-2 1/2 cup

cashew and kismis

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add cardamom, sugar and salt, then pour coconut milk gradually, mix well and make a loose batter. Boil water in a steamer, put a plate greased with ghee, pour the batter, mix the batter until it starts thickening, then cover the steamer and steam it well, add cashew and kismis if required.
