Ingredients
butter-3 tbsp
dates-2 cup
milk-1 glass
egg-5
sugar
vanilla essence-1 tsp
sugar-6 tbsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
maida-1 cup
Preparation
Heat butter in a pan, add dates after removing seeds, saute it well, next pour milk into it, cook until the dates become soft and mushy, then turn off flame. Break eggs to a bowl, beat it with an electric beater, add sugar and vanilla essence, beat again, add baking soda, mix well, then add maida flour in batches, combine well, next add dates paste, mix all together, then pour the batter to a cake tin, don’t forget to put a butter paper, then bake it for 45 minutes.
