An air fryer can be a counter top appliance, or a feature built into an oven or range, that allows you to cook crispy, golden-fried food without using a pot or pan full of oil.

An air fryer works by circulating hot air rapidly throughout its interior. Similar to a convection oven, there’s a fan that circulates hot air around food in a perforated tray or basket. Because all the surface areas of the food are exposed to the hot air, the food cooks to become crispy on all sides without having to be submerged in hot oil.

Papaya curry

Papaya as you know is rich in vitamins and we can use it as a vegetable and fruit. Many of us don’t like to eat when it is used as vegetable. Here we prepare in a different way to taste like heaven.

Cut the tender papaya and remove the seeds and skin, cut medium sized pieces and wash it. Add to a bowl, a pinch of salt, little turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon chilly powder and curry leaves. Mix well the papaya pieces in the masala and keep it for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

Tomato : 2 medium sliced

Green Chilly : 2

Big onion : 2 medium

Cinnamon stick : 2 pieces

Grated coconut : 1/2 a coconut ( to take milk)

Ginger : 1 piece

Garlic : 10 pieces

Coriander powder : 2 spoon

Kashmiri Chilly : 3 spoon

Turmeric powder : 1/2 spoon

Garam Masala : 1 spoon

Curry leaves and salt to taste.

Add 4 table spoon of oil into a kadai and put cinnamon stick, add onion, green chilly, ginger and garlic, saute well to golden brown.
Add 3 spoon chilly powders little turmeric powder & two spoons of coriander powder, stir well and add sliced tomato. Once tomato turns softer add papaya into it, stir and mix papaya into the masala well. Add coconut milk ( the third extract), stir well and cover the kadai and cook. Open and stir well one or two times, once it becomes a little thick add the coconut milk ( second extract).Again cover cook in medium flame.After the papaya cooked well and the gravy gets thicker add a spoon of garam masala stir well and add coconut milk( first extract) and turn the flame off.

In a fry pan add oil and heat it, add a few sliced shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves once it turns golden brown turn off the flame and add a little chilly powder and stir well, add this to the cooked papaya curry.

The delicious papaya curry is ready now.

Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek, roast it well, then add onion, ginger garlic and green chilly, saute it well, then add tomato, cook until it mash well, now add masala powders, combine all, next add water, salt and tamarind juice, boil it well, now add chemmeen , cook it 5 minutes, then add coriander leaves and turn off flame.

Preparation

Heat coconut oil in a pan, add coconut, shallots and pepper , roast it until it become golden brown, then turn off flame. Grind this mix to fine paste. Heat oil in a clay pot, pop mustard, then add crushed ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add shallots, tomato, green chilly and curry leaves, saute all well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, then pour tamarind juice, add water and salt, then add coconut paste, boil it well, then add fish, boil another 5 minutes, then turn off flame.

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and kismis, roast it well, then set aside. Boil water in a pan, add food color, cardamom and salt, once it starts boiling, add rava, mix well, add sugar, cook it well until it become non sticky. Transfer the mix to a plate to set, then serve it with slightly hot.

maida-2 tsp

vanila essence-1 tsp

Preparation

Add milk to a pan, add sugar, vanila essence and maida, combine well, then boil it until it become slightly thick, take paper glasses, pour the mix to each one, cover the mouth with foil paper, then put sticks, keep this in freezer for 8 hrs, then have it.

For filling, heat oil in a pan, add onion and green chilly, saute it well, then add salt and masala powders, combine well, chop boiled eggs to small pieces, then add to pan, combine well, add coriander leaves , then turn off flame. Take the wheat dough, divide it into equal balls, then flatten each one on a siever, add filling , then fold it like half moon, then fry each snack in oil.
