Preparation

Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala, fennel, curd and lemon juice, after 1/2 hrs of rest, fry chicken. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, saute it well, then add onion,capsicum, and green chilly, saute all, then add chilly powder, after mixing it well, add sauces, combine all, next add corn flour and water mix, stir it until it become thick, next add chicken to it, mix all well, finally add 2 green chillies then turn off flame

Preparation

Steam sweet potato well, then remove peels, transfer the potato to a mixie jar, then grind it well with jaggerry syrup. Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews, then roast it well, keep this aside and add sweet potato mix to the pan, stir it well until it become thick and jelly , add roasted cashews, combine well, then transfer it to a plate, level it with a spoon,now rest this for 1/2 hrs, after that you can have it.

raw rice- 2 cup

baking soda-1/4 tsp

cooked rice-1 cup

fried coconut-2 tbsp

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice and jaggerry juice, then make a loose batter, add cumin, salt, baking soda, cardamom anf fried coconut to the batter mix well. Heat a pan, add a little oil, then pour 1 laddle full of batter, no need to spread over, cook it in low flame, flip to cook other side, then serve it.

Preparation

For kappappuzhukk, boil chopped kappa with water and salt, then remove it from water. crush coconut, cumin, turmeric, kanthari, curry leaves and garlic together, then add to tapioca, then mix it and mash it well.

For curry, heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, then add shallots, mix it until it become soft, then add curry leaves, green chilly and ginger, saute it well, next add splitted hog plum, saute it well, then turn off flame. Heat oil in another pan, add fenugreek and coriander, roast it well, then add cumin and kashmiri chilly, next add coconut, roast until it turns brown, then grind it well and make a paste, boil it with water and salt in a clay pot, then add sauted items to it, boil it again, then add raw coconut oil and curry leaves, serve it with kappa.

Melt jaggerry with water and sugar, boil it until it become one string consistency. Then add roasted and splitted peanut to it, then mix it well. Set a butter paper, apply oil above, then transfer kappalandi mix above, wait for a second, then roll it tightly to level the surface, then cut it like , what do you want, then let it cool.
