Egg stew is a delicious and comforting dish that’s popular in various cuisines around the world. Here’s a simple recipe for making egg stew:

Ingredients

cashew nuts

ginger garlic

pepper powder

meat masala

curd

boiled egg

kasoori methi

Preparation

First, fry some cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, and chopped onions in oil or butter until the raw smell disappears.
Then, grind cashew nuts that have been soaked in water into a paste. Add the cashew paste and the fried onions to a pan. You can add some water to make a paste if needed.Fry ginger, garlic, and curry masala powder in the pan.
Add pepper powder, meat masala powder, and yogurt to the pan. Cook for a while until the mixture thickens.
Add tomato or buttermilk for the sour taste. You can also add fresh cream for a richer taste.
Season with Kasuri methi and coriander leaves.Finally, turn off the heat and enjoy the special egg curry.

Rice flour – 1 cup (appam/idiyappam podi)

Coconut grated – 1/2 cup

Cooked rice – 1/4 cup

Sugar – 4 tbsp

Cardamom – 2

Cashew/rasins – 1 tsp

yeast – 1/2 tsp

Water – 1 cup

Salt – 1/4 tsp

Preparation

To a mixer jar add rice flour, coconut, cooked rice, seeds of cardamom,3/4 cup water and sugar.grind.
it to a fine paste .transfer it to a bowl .add yeast to the batter.add 1/4 cup of water to the mixer jar and take out the batter inside the jar and pour it to the bowl.mix well and add salt.keep it for 4 hours for fermentation.after 4 hours transfer it to a greased pan and steam cook for 20 minutes.place some cashews or raisins on the top of the batter after 10 minutes. Then steam cook again for 10 minutes.

Preparation

Grind jackfruit pulp. Heat a pan, and add ghee , then pour mix to the pan, stir it well, once it starts boiling add jaggerry juice, combine both well, then pour coconut milk, keep the flame high and stir it without stopping it. Add semolina for stiffness, continue stirring, add ghee frequently,. Add cashews and cardamom, once it become thick and non sticky, transfer it to a oil applied plate, then tightly press it with spoon, then keep this aside for cool and stiffness. After that you can cut it.

Heat a pan, add green gram, roast it well, then crush it in a mixie jar. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard, then pop it well, add onion, green chilly, garlic, tomato and curry leaves, saute it well, next add turmeric and chilly powder, mix it well, next add crushed green gram, mix well, then add salt and coconut paste, pour water, then boil it well. Cover the cooker and cook it 2-3 whistle.

Preparation

In a clay pot, add chicken, then add masala powders, salt, lemon juice and curry leaves, marinate it well, then keep aside for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, then add onion, saute it well, next add green chilly and curry leaves, add salt and saute it until it become slightly brown, next add coconut pieces, after that add chicken. Cover the pan and cook chicken well. Once it cooked enough, add curry leaves and coconut oil.
