Ingredients:

Chakka Kuru (Jackfruit seeds)

Onion

Salt

Water

Coconut

Garlic

Green chillies

Turmeric powder

Cumin

Mustard oil

Preparation

Boil the jackfruit seeds with onion and salt. Grind coconut, garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder, and cumin.
Add the ground mixture to the boiled jackfruit seeds.Season with coconut oil.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp urad dal

1 tsp chana dal

½ tsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 green chili

1 onion

4 tomatoes

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp coriander powder

½ tsp garam masala

2 cups cooked rice

Cilantro

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, chana dal, and cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste, green chili, and onion.
Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.

Healthy and delicious snack made with bananas, ragi powder, and jaggery.

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

½ cup ragi powder

175 grams jaggery

½ cup water

3 tbsp peanuts

1 tbsp ghee

1/4 cup coconut flakes

½ tsp cardamom powder

Preparation

Melt jaggery in a pan with water. Roast peanuts and add them to the melted jaggery. Melt ghee in the same pan and add the chopped bananas. Add coconut flakes and cardamom powder. Mix in ragi powder. Steam the mixture in banana leaves or butter paper for 10 minutes.

Preparation

Heat oil, add spices, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and other spices. Set aside. Boil eggs and cut them in half.
Cut bread into desired shapes, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry the bread until golden brown. Cut a slit in the fried bread, fill with the prepared spicy mixture, and top with a boiled egg half.

Boil kappa with water and salt, cook until it become soft, then strain water add crushed ginger, garlic and chilly, salt and coconut milk, boil it until it become thick and mushy, then turn off flame. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard, then add shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves, saute well, then add to kappa.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add spices like be leaf, cardamom, and cloves. Add crushed chilies, cumin, coriander, and onions. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute until fragrant. Add spices like Kashmiri chili powder, manthi masala powder, and coriander powder., saute it well, then marinate beef with this masala, then cook beef in pressure cooker by adding some coriander leaves. Once it cooked, take some gravy aside, then dry the curry in a pan.

For rice boil water by adding salt, maggi cube, oil and vinegar, add rice to boiling water, cook it about 805, then sieve the rice.

Layer rice with gravy, pour food color in between the layers. On top , put green chillies, food color and beef masala, then smoke the rice for 15 minutes . Now its ready to serve.

Preparation

Grate or finely chop the jackfruit seeds.Grind coconut, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder into a smooth paste. Mix the chopped drumstick leaves, grated jackfruit seeds, and coconut paste in a bowl. Season with salt. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and slit green chilies. Pour the drumstick leaf and jackfruit seed mixture into the pan and stir well. Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes until the leaves are tender and the flavors are well combined , Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot with rice.
