Juicy Chicken Burgers

Ingredients for chicken patties

butter

onion

garlic

ginger

boneless chicken-500 gm

coriander leaves

bread-3

salt

pepper powder

chilly flakes

Ingredients for bun

yeast-1 tsp

sugar-1 tbsp

salt-1 tsp

lukewarm water-1 1/2 cup

flour-3 cup

Preparation

Grind chicken and keep aside. Saute onion, ginger and garlic in buuter. Grind coriander, sauted items, bread and salt together and crush it98] well, mix these all and knead it like a dough. Refrigerate it for 1/2 hrs, then make small patties with it. Finally, shallow fry it.

For bun, first ferment the water, salt , yeast and sugar together, then knead dough in this mix, raise the dough, then divide it into large balls, apply egg mix or water above it, then bake it well. Use this bun for making burgers.

Masala Dosa recipe

Ingredients:

3 medium-sized potatoes

3 tablespoons ghee

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon urad dal

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped

3 green chilies, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

Dosa batter

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles. Peel and mash them. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, ginger, green chilies, and onion. Sauté until fragrant. Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and water to the pan. Mix well and cook until the mixture is dry. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it evenly. Place a spoonful of the potato mixture in the center of the dosa. Fold the sides of the dosa over the filling and serve hot.

Ingredients

Leftover dosa batter

1 carrot, grated

1 onion, chopped

2 green chilies, chopped

1 inch ginger, grated

6 black peppercorns, crushed

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

A few curry leaves

All-purpose flour or semolina (to thicken the batter)

Oil for frying

Preparation

Add the grated carrot, chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger, crushed peppercorns, cumin seeds, and curry leaves to the leftover dosa batter. Mix well. If the batter is too thin, add all-purpose flour or semolina to thicken it. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with cumin, fennel, coconut, shallots, cooked rice and a little water, make a smooth paste, add water to adjust the consistency to little loose. Take a plate, apply oil, then pour the batter, then steam it about 20 minutes. Prepare a mixture of salt, turmeric, chilly powder and water. Cooked orotti should be cut to pieces, then coat the masala, then shallow fry it.

Ingredients:

1/2 kg gooseberries

sesame oil-2 tbsp

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 1/2 tsp red chili powder

fenugreek powder-1 tsp

ginger garlic and green chilly

1 1/2 cups hot water

1 1/2 – 2 tsp vinegar

salt

Instructions:

Steam gooseberries, then split it, Heat oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 2 dried red chilies, and a few curry leaves. Let them splutter. Then add ginger, garlic and green chilly, saute it well . Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing and fenugreek powder, saute it for a few seconds until the raw smell goes away. Add water, once it starts boil, Add the cut gooseberries to the pan and mix well. Add vinegar to the pan. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the gooseberries are cooked and the mixture has thickened.Let the pickle cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.

Saute for 30 seconds. Add the onion and saute until golden brown. Add the cabbage, carrot, dried red chili, and garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the mashed potatoes and chicken. Mix well. Make small balls from the mixture. Dip the balls in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown Serve hot.
