milk powder-2 tsp

sugar-1 tbsp

cardamom

Preparation

Peel off the banana and cut into small pieces, then heat a pan add 2 teaspoon of ghee into it, then add banana and saute well, then add 2 eggs in a mixie jar, add milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder and blend well and pour to a bowl , then add banana into the bowl, then mix well, then heat pan and pour the mix to the pan and spread over it and cook well.

Preparation

Crush half of the green chilly, and shallots with cumin separately , then add coconut oil in a clay pot , heat the pot , add all vegetables into it, add salt, next red chilly, turmeric, green chilly crushed, mix all and cover the pot, blend coconut and mix with crushed shallots and curry leaves and add this mix to aviyal, cook for a while, add curd, finally add coconut oil

masala biscuit

Ingredients

maida- 2cups and 2 tbsp

baking powder -1 tsp

baking soda-1/2 tsp

Preparation

In a bowl take maida, baking powder, sesame , and salt,  mix well and keep aside. Take a mixie jar add shallots,garlic, ginger, chilly, red chilly, cinnamon, coconut, fennel, and cardamom , then blend well. Take a bowl add egg, butter, and sugar , then mix well, add this mix to maida mix, add vanilla essance, next add coconut mix and knead well, make soft dough. Take small balls from the dough, and make biscuit shape, and put in a baking tray  then bake it by using a oven, or you can cook in stove top also.

Preparation

Wash the chick pea, and wipe with a cotton cloth, then roast ,and transfer to a mixie jar,  make fine powder, and strain this to a bowl.  Take 3/4 cup sugar add 1/3 cup of water into it and make sugar syrup. Mix 1/4 cup of ghee with 1/4 cup of gram flour, then add this to sugar syrup, and mix well , then turn off the flame, pour this to a glass tumbler, allow it to cool, then cut into rectangle shape.

Take a bowl add maida, salt with required water and make a slightly thick batter, and make thin dosas

Take 1 dosa, and fill with masala, and fold like chicken roll, then dip in egg mix, then coat with bread crumbs , fry well
