Egg roast

Ingredients

onion-2

green chilly-4

ginger- small piece

garlic-5-6

tomato-3

salt

oil

mustard

coriander powder-2 tbsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

boiled egg-5

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan , add mustards, ginger garlic, onion and saute well, add salt, green chilly, curry leaves, and tomatoes mix well and cook for 15 minutes, add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric, and garam masala then mix well , next add water, cover the pan and cook well. Fry the boiled egg in an another pan then add egg into the masala, finally add some coriander leaves.

Manga curry

Ingredients

Raw mango-2-3

Grated coconut- 1 cup

Coconut oil

Coriander powder-1 tsp

red chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp

fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp

mustards-1/2 tsp

shallots-2-3

dry red chilly-2

curry leaves

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

water-1 cup

green chilly-2-3

hing powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Heat a pan , add coconut and roast well, then add coconut oil, coriander powder and red chilly powder and turn off the flame, then grind these into a fine paste. Heat a clay pot add oil, fenugreek, mustards, red chilly, shallots, curry leaves, mango, green chilly, turmeric , salt and water, then mix well. Add coconut into it once the mango is cooked, finally add hing powder and turn off the flame

Ullichammanthi

Ingredients

shallots – 1/4 kg

ginger- 1 piece

garlic-2

tamarind- lemon size

salt

coconut oil

red chilly powder- 3 tsp

Preparation

Finely Chop shallots, garlic and ginger, then heat oil in a pan , add shallots , ginger, and garlic, then saute well, next add salt, then red chilly powder, turn off the flame and transfer to a mixie jar, add tamarind into it, and blend slightly, finally add some coconut oil and mix well

Gulab jamun

Ingredients

Milk powder-1/2 cup

maida-1 tbsp

baking soda- pinch

sugar-1 cup

water-1 1/2 cup

ghee-1 tbsp

milk-2-3 tbsp

cardamom-2

rose essance-1 drop

Preparation

In a bowl add maida, milk powder, ghee, baking soda, and milk, knead well and make soft dough, then separate into small balls. Then fry this balls until it becomes golden brown color. In an another pan melt the sugar with water and cardamom, after dissolve sugar add jamun balls into it, then rest for 1 hour.

Fish manchooriyan

Ingredients

Fish( cut into cubes)-1/2 kg

corn flour-2 tbsp

tomato sauce-2 tbsp

soy sauce-2 tbsp

Preparation

Marinate the fish with egg,corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chilly powder, tomato sauce, and soy sauce, rest for 5 min, then fry well and keep aside. In the same pan add oil, sugar, ginger, garlic, chilly, onion, and capsicum, cook well, then add sauces and cook another few minutes , finally add fried fish and mix well.

cut jack fruit pulp and its nuts into small pieces , Blend coconut with, turmeric , cumin, chilly powder, and garlic. Heat a pan , add coconut oil, mustard, shallots, red chilly, rice and curry leaves, roast well, add blended coconut, water , finally add jackfruit and mix well, add required salt, cook for a while.

boiled rice-1/2 cup

baking soda- 1 pinch

Preparation

Soak rice and chick pea for 6-8 hrs, then grind into a smooth batter with boiled rice, then rest 8 hrs for fermentation. Add salt and baking soda , mix well, then make soft dosa.

Kannur pathal

Ingredients

Par boiled rice- 1 cup

water- 1 1/2 cup

salt -1/2 tsp

Preparation

Soak the rice in boiled water about 4-8 hrs, after soaking grind into smooth paste, then pour the batter in a cotton and tie this well and allow the batter drain out from water, then remove the tie and make small balls and flattern by using an banana leaf or else, and cook in a pan.

Blue velvet cake

Ingredients

Maida-1 cup

cocoa powder-1 tsp

baking powder-1 tsp

baking soda-1/2 tsp

milk-1/2 cup

vinegar- 1 1/2 tsp

blue food color

egg-3

sugar 3/4 cup

vanilla essance

salt- a pinch

sun flower oil-1/4 cup

For icing

whipping cream- 1 cup

cream cheese

blue berry crush

sugar syrup

Preparation

Take a bowl, add maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder into a strainer and mix well then keep aside. Add food color to the butter milk, set aside, next in a mixie jar add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla essance, sun flower oil, and butter milk , blend well, and mix this with dry ingredients, make a perfect cake batter, then bake this in a cake tin. Then cut the cake into 3 slices

Beat whipping cream and mix with cream cheese. In a cake topper place first layer of cake, spread sugar syrup, then apply cream, do this again for another 2 layers, finally cover the cake with cream and decorate with your ideas.
