Liquid dough pathiri

Ingredients

rice flour-1 3/4 cup

salt

water

Prepared

In a bowl add, rice flour, salt and required water, mix well and make a thick batter. Then pour this batter to a pan, turn on flame and stir continously, once it become a dough, turm off flame. Take small balls from the dough, flattern it using a press, then cook in a pan.

Egg mayo cutlet

Ingredients

Bread slices-6-7

hot water

onion-2

chilly

curry leaves

coriander leaves

garam masala-1/4 tsp

turmeric

salt

egg boiled-2

mayonaise

bread crumbs

Preparation

Add bread pieces in a bowl, add some hot water into it, knead well,then add onion,chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves, masalas, and salt, mix all well, take small portion, and fill with boiled egg, then spread mayonaise and coat bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil.

Egg ifthar snack

Ingredients

Oil-1-2 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

onion-1

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander leaves

bread crumbs-1-2 tbsp

vermicelly

maida

chilly powder

salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, roast it well, next add onion, and salt then saute it well, next add turmeric and chilly powder,next egg , boiled potato and bread crumbs , mix all well and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off flame and allow it to cool, then take small portions from it,and make a shape, dip in maida paste and coat in vermicelli, then fry in hot oil.

Ingredients

coconut grated-1 cup

fennel-1/2 tsp

cashews-10

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and green chilly, cook for 2 minutes, next add onion and salt, saute it well, then add tomato, chicken, potato, pepper powder , garam masala and water, mix  and cook well, once it cooked, add grinded coconut( grind with cashews and fennel), cook for 2 minutes , finally add some coriander leaves then turn off flame.

Creamy cuppiccino( without milk)

Ingredients

instant coffee powder-2 tsp

sugar-3 tsp(powdered sugar)

hot water-2 tsp

milk powder-2 tsp

hot water-1 1/2 glass

Preparation

Take sugar, coffee powder and hot water together in a glass, beat with a spoon, take 2 cups , pour cream into it, add milk powder, then pour hot water into it, mix with a spoon.

Semolina upma

Ingredients

semolina-1 1/2 cup

cumin-1/2 tsp

ghee-2 tbsp

oil

urad dal-1 tsp

mustard-1 tsp

cashew

carrots

chilly-2

ginger

curry leaves

water -2 cup

milk-1 cup

salt

coriander leaves

Preparation

Roast rava and cumin together, then heat a pan, add oil and ghee , next urad dal, mustards, and allow it to splutter, then add,cashews, carrot,ginger, green chilly and curry leaves one bye one, saute it well, now add water and milk, once it boil add semolina into it, mix well, cook for 10 minutes, finally add some curry leaves.

Preparation

First, make soft maida dough, keep aside. Heat a pan , add oil, onion,curry leaves and ginger garlic, then saute it well, next add masalas, saute again for 10 minutes.Next take small balls from the dough, and flattern it, spread some oil, then fold it and flattern again, do this for all, then fill this with boiled egg and masala, and fold it well, finally fry in hot oil.

Preparation

Cut ivy gourd into long pieces, add salt, turmeric, kashmiri chilly, and onion chopped, and mix well, and keep aside.Heat a pan , add oil, curry leaves roast well, then add shallots, saute it well, now add chilly flakes, roast well, next add marinated ivy gourd, cook well.

Mango pickle( no vinegar)

Ingredients

mango( cut into cube shape)-1 1/2 kg

rock salt-200 gm

gingely oil

chilly powder-6 tbsp( 3 tbsp kashmiri chilly)

roasted fenugreek powder-3 tbsp

mustard powder-50 gm

hing powder-2 tbsp

Preparation

Marinate mango with salt and keep aside for 2 hrs, then strain out from salt water, then dry in sun light for 3 hrs. Heat a pan add gingelly oil, add chilly powder, turn off gas and mix well, now add mango into it, mix it well, now add fenugreek, hing, and mustard powders, mix all together with salt water, mix well. Store in air tight container.
