milk-500 ml

cashew nuts

Preparation

Heat a pan , add sugar with water, once it melts , add jack fruit into it, cook it well. Then add into a mixie jar with vanilla essance and chilled milk , blend it well, serve with some nuts.

Preparation

Cut gooseberry into small pieces, then add into a mixie jar, add coconut, ginger, chilly, shallots and curd into it,then grind into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan splutter mustards, dry red chilly and curry leaves, then add into the grinded gooseberry mix.

Ration rice putt

Preparation

Soak rice for 8 hrs, then drain out from water, take a mixie jar add rice into it, then grind it, transfer this to a bowl. Take putt maker ,fill with rice powder, add coconut also, steam it well.

Chicken fry

pepper powder-2 tbsp

soya sauce-2 tbsp

corn flour-2 tbsp

PreparatioTake a mixie jar, add ginger, garlic, shallots, salt and masalas then grind well, then marinate chicken with this masala, keep in fridge for 1 hour, then add some corn flour into it and fry in hot oil.

Vermicelli milk ice bar

Ingredients

milk-500 ml

vermicelli-2-4 tbsp

sugar-3/4 cup

vanilla essance-1/4 tsp

milk powder-1 tbsp

Preparation

Heat a pan , add vermicelli, roast it for 1 minute and keep aside. Boil milk ,add vermicelli, sugar stir well, next add vanilla essance, next add milk powder, cook well. Then transfer to a ice mould, put a stick and keep in freezer for 8 hrs. Demould it after 8 hrs.

Kovaykka(ivy gourd) masala curry

Ingredients

Grated coconut-1/2 cup

pepper corn-1 tsp

water-1/2 cup

Ivy gourd-200 gm

Preparation

Grind coconut with pepper and water. Saute Ivy gourd with turmeric and salt for 1 minute and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustards and cumin, next add onion, ginger garlic, and tomato, saute it well, then add masalas, add kovaykka, and grinded coconut, mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes, finally add some curry leaves.

bread-7 slices

Preparation

Heat a pan add oil, onion, capsicum,tomato , chilly flakes, oregano and salt, saute it for 1 minute, keep aside. Break 3 eggs in a mixie jar, add salt and pepper powder into it, then blend for 1 minute.Mix sauces with oregano and chilly flakes. Cut bread into cone shape, then set in a pan after spreading some butter, spread egg mix above it, turn on flame, cook for 1 minute,then flip the bread, then pour egg mix, spread pizza sauce above it, add cooked veggies, next cheese, some vegetables, chilly flakes, oregano and pepper powder, cover the pan, cook in low flame until the cheese melt.

Cooked chickpea-1 cup

Preparation

Take 2 tbsp of cooked chickpea, grind into fine paste and mix with the cooked chickpea. Heat oil in a pan ,add ginger and garlic, roast for a while,next add onion, green chilly and tomato, then saute it well, next add masalas, once the masalas raw smell gone add chickpea into it, mix well, cook for 10 minutes, finally add some curry leaves into it.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, once it roasted, add onion, and green chilly, saute it well, next add all masalas into it, saute it until turns aromatic, next break 2 eggs into it, scramble the eggs, next add boiled potatoes,next bread crumbs, and mix well, finally add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame. After the heat gone, knead it well and make small triangle shaped bites, then dip this in wheat flour mix and coat in bread crumbs, do this for all, then fry in hot oil.
