Preparation

Dry roast green gram, then wash it well and add to a cooker, and cook well. Then add second extract of coconut milk, boil it well, next add jaggerry melted, stir well, then add cumin powder,cardamom and dry ginger powder, cook for 2-3 minutes, finally add thick coconut milk and cashews and kismis roasted.

Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

for base dough

maida-2 cup

sugar-2 tbsp

yiest-1 tsp

salt

oil-2 tbsp

lukewarm water

oregano

For pizza sauce

tomato-

onion-1

garlic-3

capsicum-1

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp

tomato sauce-1 tbsp

salt

sugar

water-200 ml

oil

sugar

salt

For marinating chicken.

Chicken small pieces

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp

corn flour-1 tbsp

Sauce-1 tbsp

salt

other ingredients

capsicum

olives

mozarella cheese

Preparation

For dough, add all ingredients in a bowl, knead it by adding water, and make a soft dough, then rest for 2 hrs.

For pizza sauce, add all vegetables in a cooker, cook for 2 whistle, remove the peels, after cooling well, grind all into fine paste. Heat a pan, add oil, add tomato mix, kashmiri chilly,salt, sauce,and sugar, mix well and turn off flame.

Marinate chicken with the ingredients above the list, then fry it.

Take the dough, divide into 2 portions, then flattern it in a pan, spread pizza sauce above the dough, put cheese, next chicken, capsicum and olives, finally add mozarella cheese, then bake it.

Pani poori

Ingredients

for poori

semolina-1 cup

maida-1/4 cup

lukewarm water

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

chat masala-1/2 tsp

tamarind juice

for potato filling

boiled potato-3

chilly flakes-1 tbsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

cumin powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

For poori, make a thick dough by using the ingredients in the list, and rest the dough for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs flattern the dough and cut into small round shape poori, then fry in hot oil.

For pani preparation, gring all ingredients in a mixie jar, pour the paste into a bowl, add required water and make loose consistency.

For potato filling, mash potato, add onion and other ingredients in the above list, mix well.

Take a poori, make a hole. fill with, potato masala,pani and onion , then eat it.

Ingredients

chilly powder-1 tsp

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add ingredients one bye one in the order of the list, cook well. You can save the chutney in an air tight container.

Fenugreek porridge

Ingredients

Rice-1 cup

fenugreek-1/4 cup

coconut milk thick-1 cup

second milk-1 cup

water-4 1/2 cup

Preparation

Soak fenugreek for 8 hrs. In a cooker add soaked fenugreek,rice, and water, cook for 3 whistle. After the pressure is gone add coconut second milk and jaggerry, allow it to boil, finally add thick coconut milk, then turn off flame.

Pappada vada

Ingredients

Rice powder – 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Sesame seeds – 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, add rice flour, masalas, cumin, sesame seeds and salt, then add water and mix into fine batter, dip papad in this batter and fry well.

Instant unniyappam

Ingredients

Rice flour-1 cup

All purpose flour(maida)-1/2 cup

Semolina-2 tbsp

Jaggery- 200gm

Water-2 cup

Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

Coconut pieces-2tbsp

Sesame seeds-1/2 tsp

Oil- for frying

Preparation

Melt jaggerry in a sauce pan. Soak papad in water. Take a bowl, add flours, mix it well, then add jaggerry melted into it,mix well, then blend it in a mixie jar, pour to a bowl,next add semolina, add cardamom,cumin powder,coconut,sesame and pinch of salt, mix well, then add papad and ghee, mix all well. Heat oil in a pan, pour 1 laddle of batter, flip another side to cook well.

Hyderyabadi chicken dum Biriyani

Preparation

Soak rice for 1/2 hrs, heat ghee in a biriyani pot, add spices, fried onion, then add water, salt,lemon, coriander leaves and saffron water, once it starts boiling add rice, cook well.

For chicken masala, Mix all ingredients in the list, make a paste, marinate chicken with this masala, and cook in a pan until it become thick, then add cooked rice above it, spread saffron milk, add cashews,herbs and fried onion, again set chicken masala layer, again rice layer,repeat the steps, keep in low flame for 10 minutes.

Thick curd

Ingredients

Milk-1/2 ltr

Preparation

Boil milk well, then transfer to a bowl, allow it to become lukewarm, then add 1 tbsp of curd into it,mix well, and rest this for 10 hrs.
