Chicken Snack( Chicken pon petti)

Ingredients

Bread

Chicken 250 gm

Capsicum 1/2 cup

Onion 1/2 cup

Cabbage 1/2 cup

Carrot 1/2 cup

Salt

pepper Powder

Turmeric Powder

Bread Crumps

Oil

Egg

Mayonnaise

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil,next add onion and saute it well,next add carrot,cabbage and capsicum saute it well, now add salt , next cooked chicken( crushed), mix all well, cook in low flame for 3 minutes, next add masalas, then add mayonaise and mix it well. Take 2 slices of bread and remove sides, then add fillings above one, cover with another slice then cut into 3 pieces, dip the slices in egg mix and coat in bread crumbs, after done all, fry this in hot oil.

Easy ghee rice

Ingredients

jeera/kaima rice-1 cup

water-1 3/4 cup

salt

ghee-4-5 tbsp

lemon juice-1 tsp

onion-1

cashew,kismis,carrot

spices

Preparation

Roast cashew,kismis, and carrot in oil and keep aside. Boil water in a pot. In another pan heat ghee, add spices, and onion saute it well, add washed rice mix it well for 2 minutes, then add boiling water, add lemon and salt along with it, mix all well, cook well, add ghee and roasted cashew, kismis and carrot above it.

Semolina sweet

Ingredients

sugar-1 cup

water-1/2 cup

cardamom-5

ghee-2 tsp

semolina-1 cup

milk-2 cup

salt-1 pinch

milk powder-1/4 cup

dates

cashews-1/4 cup

oil for frying

Preparation

For sugar syrup, add sugar in a pan, add water and cardamom, boil it well and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan roast semolina well, then add milk into it, stir well, add a pinch of salt, mix well, cook until it become a dough, then add milk powder and knead it well, divide this dough into small balls and fill each ball with cashew and dates mix( crushed), then fry it in oil, then dip in sugar syrup for 5-8 minutes.

Jackfruit putt

Preparation

Cut jackfruit into small pieces, take rice flour in a bowl add salt and lukewarm water, mix well, In a put maker add coconut and jackfruit then add putt dust, again coconut and jack fruit, set another layer, finall fill with coconut and jackfruit, then steam cook it well.

Instant Porotta

Ingredients

Maida- 1 1/2cup

sugar-1/2 tbsp

salt

egg-1

milk

oil-2 tbsp

dalda+oil mix

Preparation

For dough, add all ingredients in a bowl, knead it well by adding milk, then spread some oil and make soft loose dough, rest the dough after adding oil above it for 5 minutes. The make soft porotta.

KFC Style fried chicken

Ingredients

For chicken marinating

Chicken:1 kg

Milk:1 cup

Vinegar:2 1/2 tblspn

Pepper powder:1 tsp

Chilli powder:1 1/2 tspn

Garlic onion paste:2 tblspn

Salt

Baking soda:1 pinch

For wet mix

Maida:1 cup

Egg:1

Corn flour:2 tblspn

Ginger garlic paste:1 tspn

Salt

For dry mix

Maida:1 1/2 cup

Chilli powder:1 tsp

Salt

(Oil )

Preparation

For marinating chicken,in a bowl add milk with vinegar, mix well and rest for 10-15 minutes, then add onion garlic paste, then add other ingredients in the list, mix all well, soak chicken in this mix for 5-6 hrs in refrigirator.

for wet mix, add maida.egg,corn flour, ginger garlic paste,and salt, then add water and make a loose batter.

For dry mix, add ingredients in the list and mix well.

Take chicken piece , dip in wet mix, then coat in dry mix and fry well.

Cod Fish Curry( Mullan meen mulak curry)

Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, then add chopped vegetables one bye one, then saute it well, then add masalas, add water , bilimbi and salt, allow it to boil well, then add fish, cook it well.

Gulab jamun, pudding

Ingredients

Milk powder:1 cup

Maida:3 tblspn

Ghee:1 tblspn

Baking powder:1/2 tspn (You can also use baking soda:1/4 tspn)

Milk : 1/2 cup

For sugar syrup

👇🏻 Sugar:1 cup

Water: 1 1/2 cup

Cardamom:3

Lemon juice:1/2 tspn

For pudding

Milk:1 cup

Sugar:2 tblspn

Condensed milk:3 tblspn

Corn flour:1 1/2 tblspn

Cardamom powder: 1/2 tspn

Preparation

In a bowl, add milk powder,maida,baking powder,and salt, mix all well, then add ghee, and knead it, next add lukewarm milk, then make a soft dough, and rest for 10 minutes. Then make small balls and fry in low flame.

For sugar syrup, add ingredients in the list in a pan, boil well, then add gulab jamun balls, soak for 10 minutes.

For pudding, add milk in a sauce pan, add milkmaid,and sugar, mix well, next add corn flour mix, add cardamom powder, stir well , cook until it become thick, serve with gulab jamun.

Preparation

Heat oil in a cooker, add curry leave, next add masalas, add onion,green chilly, saute it well, add salt and water, then add garam masala, add eggs boiled, mix well, cover the cooker and cook for 2 whistle, next add curry leaves,garam masala,and raw coconut oil.
