Ingredients

Pumpkin 250 gm

Salt as required

Boiling water as required

Rice powder 1 cup

Ghee 2 tsp

Grated coconut 1 cup

Sugar 4 tablespoon

Cardamom & cumin powder 1 tsp

Banana leaves

Preparation

Steamcook pumkin for 10 minutes. then transfer to a bowl, add rice flour into it, mix it well, then add ghee, mix again. Mix sugar,cumin and cardamom. Take a banana leaf, add dough, spread over the leaf, add filling, fold it, after done for all, steam cook pumkin ada.

Fully Roasted Banana

Ingredients

Maida-200 gm

salt

turmeric-1/2 tsp

water-1 glass

poha-1/2 cup

coconut grated-1/2 cup

sugar-4 tbsp

banana-5

Preparation

Mix poha,coconut and sugar, then keep aside. For batter, add maida,salt,turmeric and water in a bowl, mix well and make a thick batter. Peel off banana, cut one side, fill with poha mix, then dip in the batter, then fry in hot oil.

Ingredients

for marination

chicken-400 gm

corn flour-1 tsp

maida-1 1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

white sesame seeds

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the above listed ingredients, rest for 1 hour, then fry chicken well.Heat oil in another pan, saute ginger and garlic, then add onion, next add capsicum, then add sauces, add required salt, mix well, then add pepper, vinegar, sugar and hot water, allow it to boil, now add corn flour mix, cook until it become thick, then add fried chicken, mix all well, next add white sesame, spring onion and capsicum, heat it well.

Tamilnad special idli powder

Ingredients

green gram-1 tbsp

channa dal-1 tbsp

horse gram -1 tbsp

sesame seeds-1 tbsp

pepper corn-1/2 tsp

urad dal-3/4 cup

dry red chilly-6

Preparation

Heat a pan, dry roast urad dal for 5 minutes, then add dry red chilly. in another pan roast other grains  until it become aromatic, then mix with roasted urad dal, then dry grind these with required salt. Keep in a glass jar.

Butter Chicken

Ingredients

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then add onion, chilly,garlic,ginger and tomato, saute it well,then add cashews, cook until it become soft, then turn off flame and allow it to cool, after cooling well, grind this into fine paste. Heat oil in another pan, fry chicken, once it cooked , add masalas , mix it well, then add grinded onion masala, mix well,then add butter,coriander leaves and kasoori methi, boil it,then turn off flame.

Adukku Pathiri

Ingredients

for filling

coconut oil

onion-1

ginger,garlic,chilly and curry leaves

chicken( cooked with turmeric,chilly and salt)

pepper powder

garam masala

chicken masala

salt

for batter

egg-1

maida-maida

pepper powder

turmeric

salt

water

Preparation

For filling, saute onion and other ingredients with masala and chicken, cook well and set aside. For batter, grind all ingredients, then make a loose batter.

Heat a pan, spread oil, then pour the batter, spread over the pan, once it cooked add masala, fold from one side, pour the batter to the empty side, again add masala, fold it again, repeat this for 2-3 times, cook well.

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add all dry ingredients,cumin,sesame, banana paste, cardamom and jaggerry, mix well by adding lukewarm water, make a thick batter, rest 2 hrs, then make undampori.

Crush veggies in a mixie jar, and add to a bowl, crush soaked chickpea and add to the same bowl, add salt and masalas, mix well, add curry leaves, after mixing well, make vada shape, then fry in hot oil.

7.BEANS=1/4 CUP

8.CABBAGE=1/4 CUP

9.CAPSICUM= HALF PORTION

10.SPRING ONION

11.CHOPPED GARLIC=10,15

12.RED CHILLI SAUSE=1 or 1 1/2 TSP + 1 TBSP

13.GREEN CHILLI SAUSE=1 TBSP

14.SOYA SAUSE=1/2 or 1 TSP + 1 TBSP

15.BONELESS CHICKEN=500 GRM

16.CORN FLOUR=1 TSP

17.EGG=3

18.PEPPER POWDER (WHITE OR BLACK)

19.MILK=2 TBSP

20.TURMERIC POWDER=1/4 TSP

21.SUGAR=1/4 OR 1/2 TSP

Preparation

Marinate chicken with pepper powder,corn flour, sauces and salt, mix well. Add turmeric,salt and milk to eggs,then mix it well. After 1/2 hrs, fry chicken in hot oil. Then scramble egg in the same oil. Take a biriyani pot, heat oil, add garlic, saute it well, next add chopped vegetables one bye one, cook in high flame , add sauces,pepper powder and sugar, then add cooked rice,chicken, and scrambled eggs, mix all well.

Ingredients

for chapathi

maida- 1 1/4 cup

salt

water

for scrambling(filling)

cardamom powder

sugar-10 tbsp

for dipping

milk-1/4 cup

semolina-2 tbsp

ghee-2 tbsp

cashews

kismis

milk-1/2 cup

ghee-2 tbsp+2tbsp oil

Preparation

Take maida in a bowl, add salt and required water, knead it well and make a soft dough,then divide the dough into small balls, then flattern it, set 2-3 chapathies in a layer, then flattern again, cook these in a tawa and separate all.

For filling,mix egg,sugar and cardamom, then scramble it by adding roasted cashews,kismis and roasted rava, then keep aside.

for dipping, mix milk,egg,sugar and cardamom powder.

Take a sauce pan, put 1 chapathi, take second one,dip in milk,then dip in egg mix ,set above the first one,pour some egg mix above it, add filling, add some cashews,kismis,rava and oil, put third pathiri like the same, repeat the same, finally pour the balance egg mix and other ingredients, set it evenly, now put the pan above a heated tawa, cook in low flame for 30 minutes.
