Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced bitter gourd, fry till crispy, add salt, mix well, then take it from oil, add another portion, repeat the same, fry chilly, onion, coconut separately, finally mix all together.

Ingredients

Carrot 1

Onion 2

Garlic

Green chillies 2

Udid dal 1tbs

Mustard 1ts

Curry leaves

Salt as per taste

Besan 1 spoon

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard. then add urad dal, roast it well, next add green chilly and garlic, next add oniom, saute it well, next add turmeric, after mixing well, add mashed potato and carrot, mix well, then add required water, boil it well, add salt, next add gram flour mix, finally add some curry leaves.

Easy potato balls

Ingredients

• Potato – 2 nos

• Rice flour – ½ cup

• Corn flour – ¼ cup

• Sugar – 2 tablespoon (optional )

chilli powder — 1 teaspoon

• Salt

• Oil

Preparation

Boil potato , then mash it well, add to a bowl, add other ingredients too, mix well, make small balls, fry in hot oil.

Easy Neyyappam

Ingredients

White rice _ 2 cup (1 cup -250ml)

Jaggery- 6 nmbr+water – 1/2 cup

Cooked rice-1/4 cup

Cardamom-3

Cumin-1 tspn

Maida – 2 tblspn

Baking soda -1/4 tspn

Coconut pieces-2 tblspn

Ghee- 2 tblspn

Oil – for frying

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs. Melt jaggerry and strain it. Grind rice with jaggerry juice, add cumin, cardmom , cooked rice and maida also, after grinding well, rest batter for 4 hrs. Add coconut pieces roasted in ghee, baking soda, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, once the oil heat well, pour batter, cook both sides, keep the flame medium.

Spicy Tapioca Dish

Ingredients

kappa 1kg (tapioca)

turmeric 1/4tsp

chilly powder 1tsp

red chillies 10ns.

shallots 15nos.

garlic 4

salt as per taste

curry leaves

oil

mustard 1tsp

coconut grated 1/2cup

water

Preparation

Cook tapioca with water, and salt, then remove from water. Crush red chilly, shallots and garlic. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, next add crushed chilly with shallot, saute it well, next add turmeric, and kashmiri chilly, mix well, next curry leaves, coconut grated, saute for 2 minutes, next add salt, then add cooked tapioca, mix well, cook for another 1 minute.

Add all these ingredients in a bowl, add water , soak for 15 minutes, then grind in into fine paste, add required salt and pinch of baking soda, after mixing well you can make soft appam.

Cook tomato with other chopped veggies , masalas, salt and water for 8-10 minutes, then add coconut paste and required water, boil it, then turn off flame. Finally add popped mustards and dry red chilly.

Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani

Ingredients

For rice

Basmati rice-4 cup

For marination of chicken

ginger,garlic,chilly paste

garam masala-1 tbsp

coriander leaves,pudina

curd-4 tbsp

ghee

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the items in the list, then rest for 1 hour. Then fry in oil+ghee mix.

Cook rice with some spices. Then Pour the rice above the cooked chicken( set in 2-3 layers). Add some fried onion,ghee and herbs in between the layers. Keep in low flame for 10  minutes.
