Fish fry masala

Ingredients

Turmeric

salt

chicken masala

coriander powder

chilly powder

water

oil

Preparation

Take a plate, add masalas and salt, mix well, make a thick paste by adding water. Marinate fish with this masala, rest 1/2 hrs, then fry in hot oil.

Home made chocobar

Ingredients

Milk:1 cup

Sugar:1/4 cup

Milk powder:1/2 cup

Vanilla essence:1/2 tspn (optnl)

Corn flour :1 tblspn

Milk chocolate

Coconut oil:1 1/2 tblspn

Preparation

Boil milk with sugar,and milkpowder. Mix corn flour and milk and add to milk, stir well, cook until it become thick, add vanilla essance, mix again, then allow it to cool, then transfer this mix to mould, put stick, then keep it in freezer. For chocolete coating, double boil chocolete compound, once it melts transfer to a glass, allow it to cool. Demould ice bar, then dip in chocolete mix, wait for 15 second to set.

Egg bajji and chammanthi

Ingredients

egg. 5

pepper powder…1 pinch

gram powder…3/4 cup

maida ..3 tbsp

conflour…1 tbsp

salt

baking soda

red chilly powder ..1 tsp

water

chilli ….3

garlic

oil
Chammanthi

tomato….1

Preparation

For batter, grind chilly,ginger, garlic and curry leaves, then add to flours, add salt, baking soda and required water, next add chilly powder, mix well and make a thick batter. Dip egg half pieces and fry in hot oil.

For chammanthi, gring all vegetables, add salt , vinegar and chilly powder, mix well. Heat oil, add mustard and curry leaves, crack it well, then add chammanthi, boil it well.

Kadai Paneer

Ingredients

tomato-2

cardamom

cinnamon

star anise

gram flour-2 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Boil tomatoes, then remove peels and grind into smooth paste then keep aside after adding 2 tsp of tomato sauce. Heat a kadai, add oil, allow it to heat well, then add spices, just roast it, add chopped onion, saute it until it become brown color, now add masalas, after mixing well add gram flour, and mix all together, next add tomato paste and required water and salt, boil it well, add fried paneer into it, cook it for 5 minutes more.

Fruit Custard

Ingredients

milk-1/2 ltr

custard powder-2 tbsp

sugar -1/2 cup

fruits-1/2 cup each

Preparation

Boil milk with sugar, mix 1/4 cup milk with custard powder and add to boiling milk, stir well and cook until it become thick, then allow it to cool, finally add fruits, and serve with chill.

Donuts

Ingredients

maida-2 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

yiest-1 tsp

butter

Preparation

Take lukewarm milk in a bowl, add sugar and yiest, mix and rest for 5 minutes.Grind sugar with cardamom and add to maida, add salt and baking soda, mix well, next add butter, mix with your hand, then add egg and vanilla essance to yiest mix, then pour it to maida, knead it well and make a soft dough, rest the dough for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, mix the dough well, then flattern it, cut it into small round shape, then put a small hole, after doing this, fry in hot oil. Melt sugar with water and lemon, pour above the donuts, otherwise use chocolete compounds to decorate.

Crispy Rava dosa

Ingredients

Rava-1 cup

wheat flour-2 tbsp

gram flour-2 tbsp

curd-1 cup

sugar-1 tbsp

Preparation

Grind semolina, wheat flour and gram flour into fine powder. then add curd, salt and water  mix well, add sugar, after mixing well rest 1/2 hrs.Heat a tawa, balance heat with water, pour batter, spread over the tawa, add oil, once it become crispy, transfer to plate.

Preparation

For sambar, cook dal with salt and tomato in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, add curry leaves, dry red chilly, onion and hing, saute it well, then add tamarind juice, once it boil well add masalas, next add cooked dal, boil it well.

For vada, grind soaked urad dal with 1 spoon of water. Add chilly, crushed pepper, curry leaves and salt, mix well, then make vada shape and fry in hot oil. Soak vadas in water, after 5 minutes squeeze out water, then pour sambar into it.

Grind coconut with, turmeric, shallots, curd and cumin and keep aside. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, next add fenugreek and mustards, pop it well, next add dry red chilly and green chilly, after mixing well add moringa leaves, saute it well, once it cooked well add coconut paste with some water, boil it then turn off flame.
