Chicken snack

Ingredients :

Maida-1cup

cornflour -2tbsp

salt

water-1cup

chicken -100gm

turmeric powder -1/4tsp

pepper powder -1/2tbsp

onion-1

garlic -4

ginger -1 small piece

green chilly -1

aniseed -1/4tsp

oil

Preparation

Take maida in a bowl, add corn flour, mix well, add water and knead it well, make a soft dough, keep aside. Add chicken to a mixie jar, add onion,ginger,garlic, chilly and fennel, grind it well, add pepper powder, mix well. Take small portion of maida, flattern it in your hand, add chicken filling, then make ball shape, once the process finished, deep fry it well.

Al-faham in pan

Ingredients:

masala:

whole coriander 2 tbsp

black pepper 1 tbsp

fennel seed 1 tbsp

cumin seed 1 tsp

cinnamon 1 tbsp

cardamom 1 tbsp

cloves 1 tbsp

dried lemon 1 no

bay leaves 4 to 5

dried red chilli 4 to 5

marinade:

tomato 1 no

onion 1/2 no

garlic 4 to5 no

ginger 2 big piece

lemon 1 big

masala powder 1 1/2 tbsp

chilli powder 1 tbsp

turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

salt

olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp

red food colour 1/4 tsp

chicken with skin 1.2 kg (or less)

olive oil 1 tbsp

piece of coal

Preparation

For arabic masala, dry roast all ingredients in a pan, then grind it into fine powder.

For marination, grind onion,ginger,tomato,garlic and lemon, and make fine paste, then transfer it to a plate, add arabic masala,other masalas, salt, food color,and olive oil, mix all well, marinate chicken with this masala, keep overnight in fridge.Next morning you can fry itin pan.

Plum cake

Ingredients

for soaking

water-3/4 cup

sugar-1/4 cup

strawberry crush-2 tbsp

kismis-1/4 cup

tuti fruity-1/4 cup

kiwi-1/4 cup

dates-1/4 cup

almond-1/4 cup

cashews-1/4 cup

ginger powder-1/4 tsp

For cake

butter-100 gm

powdered sugar-3/4 cup

vanilla essance-1 tsp

caramel color-1 tsp

egg-3

maida-1 cup

baking powder-1 tsp

spices powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

For soaking fruits, heat a pan, add sugar and water together, once it melts add strawberry crush, mix it well, then add above said dry fruits and nuts, soak this for 4 hrs.

Beat butter in a bowl, add sugar in batches, beat well, then add vanilla essance, caramel color, and eggs, beat again, then add maida, baking powder and spices powder to a strainer, then sieve it well, fold it with a spatula, add soaked fruits, mix all well, then pour the cake batter to a mould, bake it well.

Preparation

Roast wheat flour for 4 minutes, then transfer it to a bowl, add salt,oil and hot water, mix it well, once the heat it gone knead it with your hand and make soft dough, fill the dough in idiyappam press, press idiyappam to idli mould, add coconut , then steam it well.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add masalas, heat it well, next add chicken pieces, after mixing well cook it for 10 minutes, add coriander leaves, then allow it to cool.

Take a pastry sheet, add filling fold it carefully like samosa, then fry it in hot oil.

Easy Breakfast

Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour

1 cup water

salt

For filling

6 boiled potatoes

ginger garlic paste 1 and 1/2/tbsp

green chilli

oil

turmeric pwdr

onion chopped

garam masala 1/4 tsp

coriander leaves

salt

Preparation

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and water, knead it well and make a soft dough.Rest for 1/2 hrs.

For filling, heat oil in a pan, add crushed ginger garlic, saute it well, next add chilly, onion and turmeric powder, mix all well, next add grated potato and coriander leaves, mix all well, then turn off flame.

Divide dough into equal small balls, flattern it like chapathi, add the filling, fold it from 3 sides, then shallow fry it in a pan.
