Onion vada

Ingredients

Onion – 4 big

Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp

Green chillies – 4

Chilli powder – 1 tsp

Maida – 1 tbsp + 1 tsp

Besan (gram flour) – 3 tbsp

Curry leaves

Salt – 1 tsp

Preparation

Take sliced onion in a bowl, add salt,ginger, chilly, curry leaves, and chilly powder then knead it well with your hand,after that rest this mix for 10 minutes, next add gram flour, and maida, mix all well, then make ullivada, fry this in hot oil.

Shawarma cutlet

Ingredients

for mayonaise

bread crumbs

Preparation

Firstly make mayonaise and keep aside. Then mix all vegetables,boiled potato add salt and chopped chicken, mix all well, add bread crumbs into it knead it well, then make cutlet with a mould, apply mayonaise with a brush, after that coat it with bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.

Ivy gourd masala curry

Ingredients

ivy gourd-1/4 kg

coconut-1/2 cup

pepper-1 tsp

oil

salt

turmeric

mustards-1 tsp

onion-1

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

tomato-1

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut oil, then add ivy gourd, saute it well by adding salt and turmeric, then transfer it to a plate, add more oil to the pan, pop mustards, then add onion, saute it well, next add masala, mix well, add ivy gourd, combine all, grind coconut with pepper , add to curry, add required water, mix well and boil it for 10 minutes.

Beef Vinthalu

Ingredients

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add ingredients for grinding, then grind it into fine paste, after that, add this masala to beef, marinate it well, then keep in fridge for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, add shallot, onion, chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, next add beef, mix well, add water and salt, cook it until it become soft and thick.

Flower prawn putt

Ingredients

rice flour- 1cup

soaked basmati rice

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, then grind coconut with garlic, shallots. curry leaves, and fennel, then add to rice flour, mix all well, pour hot water, mix with a spoon and keep aside for 5 minutes. For filling, add prawns, onion, tomato, garlic, chilly, coriander leaves, fennel powder and turmeric to a pan, mix well, then saute it for 10 minutes. Take the rice flour mix, knead it well, then take small portion, flattern it in your palm, add the filling then cover it and make ball shape, finally coat it with soaked basmati rice, after that, steam cook it.

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add oil, add onion, and chilly, saute it well, next add ginger garlic, masala, salt and tomato, mix well, next add masalas, mix all together, next add ash gourd and tapioca, combine all, add required water to cook, then cover the lid and cook it for 2 whistle.

Chicken manthi

Ingredients

for marinate chicken

Chicken-2 kg

pepper powder-2 1/2 tsp

pepper corn- 1 1/2 tsp

cumin-1 1/2 tsp

cloves-1 tsp

milk+turmeric mix

red food color

chicken stock-2

sunflower oil-3/4 cup

for rice

basmati rice cooked

green chilly-3-4

charcol

dry lemon

Preparation

Put small holes in chicken, then add spices, capsicum chopped, coriander leaves, turmeric milk mix, red food color and chicken stock, mix all well, then add salt and sun flower oil, after mixing well keep in fridge for 1 hour, then fry it well.

Take a biriyani pot, add the fried chicken in the bottom, pour some oil used for frying, then add cooked rice, pour food color and turmeric mix above the rice, add dry lemon, green chilly and charcol in a small plate, smoke it, then cover the pot for 15 minutes in low flame.

Banana spiral pan cake

Ingredients

cocoa powder-2 tbsp

lotus cream/nutella

Preparation

Break eggs to mixie jar, add maida, salt, water ,and milk, blend it into fine batter, transfer half of the batter to a bowl, add cocoa powder to mixie jar, blend it well, then transfer it to a bottle. Heat a tawa, pour the cocoa mixture like a spiral shape, allow it to fix, then pour, maida white batter, spread over, then cook both sides, finally spread lotus cream in each dosa, then put banana and roll it.

Rasa vada

Ingredients

Tomato -2,

ginger garlic paste-1tsp

Black pepper powder-1tsp

Turmeric powder-1/2tsp

Red chilli powder-3/4tsp

Asafoetida-3/4tsp

Cummin seeds-1/2tsp

tamarind juice -1 table spoon,

Curry leaves & coriander leaves

Salt to taste.

For seasoning.

oil -2 teaspoons.

mustard seeds -1 teaspoon

Soak the dal for an hour. Drain & mix together all other and grind coarsely. Make the ground dal to small balls.Heat oil. Flatten the balls between your palms & drop the vadas to the hot oil.we can put 4 to 6 vadas at one time.Fry them till crispy and golden brown. Remove from flame & keep aside.

In a pan take 3 cups of water. Add chopped tomato and all the ingredients together and Boil for 5 minutes. In a separate pan heat 2 teaspoon oil.Add mustard, 2 broken chillies. when it splutter remove from flame & add to the rasam. Put the vadas in the rasam.
