unakkalari-1 cup

thin coconut milk- 2 cup

water-2 1/2 cup

salt

thick coconut milk- 2 cup

cumin powder-1/2 tsp

ghee-1 tsp

Preparation

add washed rice to a pressure cooker, add thin coconut milk and water, then cook it until 1 whistle come in low flame. Open cooker after pressure gone, then pour thick coconut milk, cumin powder, salt and ghee, just boil it, then turn off flame.

Preparation

Crush coconut with turmeric , chilly powder and cumin together, add the mix to cooked drumstick, combine well, cook it again for 5 minutes, then serve it.

Preparation

Grind the ingredients for marination, then marinate chicken with this masala, keep this aside. Dry roast ingredients for special masala, then grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon and carfdamom, after roasting it well, add shallots, add salt and saute it well, then add chicken , cook it chicken in steam. Then add grinded paste, combine well, once it cooked add crushed pepper, cook until the gravy become thick.
