Soft Wheat Putt

Ingredients

wheat flour-2 cup

grated coconut-1 cup

salt

banana-1

Preparation

Add flour, salt and banana to a mixer grinder , pulse it for 2-3 times, take putt maker, add coconut, then fill it with the wheat banana mix, and steam cook it well.

Aval Milk Shake

Ingredients

Beaten Rice flakes -1C

Sugar – 3 1/2 tbsp 

Horlicks-20g 

Milk  1/2L frozen

Mangoes —- 1/4C

Banana – 3 nos

Peanuts –1/2tsp

Cashew nuts – 1/2tsp

Preparation

Roast aval in a pan and keep aside, take a mixie jar, add milk, sugar,and horlicks, blend it for a minute. Crush banana and mango together in a bowl. Take 2 serving glasses , add banana mix, above that add poha, next add nuts, then pour the milk mix,garnish it with poha,and nuts, now it is ready to serve.

Fried chicken Biriyani

Ingredients

for marinate

kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

salt

vinegar-1 tbsp

corn flour-1/2 tbsp

egg-1

chicken-1 kg

for masala

oil-1 1/2 cup

onion sliced-2(for frying)

cashews

kismis

onion-1

ginger

garlic-1 pot

curry leaves

green chilly-3-4

garam masala-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

chilly powder-1/4 tsp

tomato-1

pineapple -1 handful

curd-2 1/2 tbsp

coriander leaves

for rice

ghee-1 tsp

pepper,cardamom, fennel, cloves, cinnamon and star anise

rice-3 cup

water-6 cup

lemon juice-1/2

salt

Preparation

For marination, add the masalas in a bowl, make a thick paste, apply the paste evenly to chicken, then keep in fridge for 2-3 hrs. Fry onion, kismis and cashews in a pan, and keep aside, add chicken to the same pan, and fry well, after that take oil from the pan, keep 2-3 tbsp left, add onion, saute it well, then add ginger, garlic, chilly and curry leaves crushed, cook until the raw smell gone, now add masalas, mix all well, next tomato, once it become soft, add curd and pineapple, next add chicken, mix with the masalas, cook it for 10 minutes, finally add coriander leaves and turn off flame.

For cooking rice, heat ghee in a pot, add spices, roast it for a minute, add water, then add salt and lemon, once it start boiling, add rice, then cook it well.

for dum the biriyani, add 1/2 of the chicken masala curry to a pot, then add 1/2 oof the rice above it, spread ghee, garam masala, coriander leaves, and fried onion and kismis above the rice, apply second layer in the same way, finally dum it for 15 minutes in low flame.

Ration rice snack

Ingredients

rice-1 cup

boiling water

coconut-1/2 cup

sugar

baking soda-1/4 tsp

salt

water

cumin-1/4 tsp

cardamom -1/2 tsp

Preparation

Soak rice in boiling water for 4 hrs, then grind it with water, next add coconut ,and sugar, grind it again and make slightly thick batter, transfer it to a bowl, add salt, baking soda, cumin and cardamom, mix all together. Take a plate, grease it with ghee, pour 2-3 laddle of batter, and steam it for 20 minutes.

sugar 1 cup

oil 1 cup

milk 2 tbsp

vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

egg 3 nos

all purpose flour 2 cups

baking powder 2 tsp

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add sugar, oil, vanilla essance, carrot, and eggs, blend it well . Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, sieve it well, pour the egg mix into it, fold it with a spatula, add milk, mix with the batter, pour the batter to greased cake tin, bake it for 40-50 minutes.

Poha Evening Snack

Preparation

Heat a pan, add banana pieces and sugar into it, saute it well, then add coconut , mix all well for 2 minutes, then turn off flame, grind poha after roast it well, make a fine powder and add it to the banana mix, knead it well and divide the dough into small kebab shape , finally dry fry the snacks in a pan.

One Pot Chicken Biriyani

Ingredients

1 kg chicken

turmeric-1 tsp

Garam Masala-1 tsp

fennel powder-3/4 tsp

Coriander leaves

mint leaves

Cinnamon

cardamom

star anise

Preparation

Take chicken in a bowl, add turmeric,garam masala,fennel seeds powder, fried onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, and sunflower oil, mix all well, keep aside for 1/2 hrs.Heat a biriyani pot, add oil , once it heat well add spices, after roast it well add cashew and kis mis, just roast it, then add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, next add onion , add salt and saute it well , now add tomato, cook until it become soft, now add chicken, mix all together, then cook it for 20 minutes, add salt and 3 cups water, and lemon juice, allow it to boil, then add rice, and pine apple , cook it for 15 minutes, finally add some fried onion .

Heat a kadai, add coconut oil, once it heat well add mustard , allow it to pop, then add onion, potato, green chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, next add prawns and tomato, mix all well, then cover the pot, and cook it for 10 minute, now add masalas after dry roast it, combine all well, now add coconut milk, boil it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.

Ingredients

jeera rice-1 1/2 cup

cooked rice-3 tbsp

coconut milk-1 coconut

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice , salt and coconut milk, and make a loose batter. Grease a plate with ghee, pour 1 laddle of batter, steam it for 3 minutes, then brush oil above the layer, and pour another laddle of batter, after 3 minutes cook pour another layer, repeat this until the plate is full, after cooking well, separate layers.
