Ingredients

Rice flour- 2cup

Grated coconut -1/2 of 1

Sugar- 1/2to 3/4cup

Salt -one pinch

Instant yeast- 1/2tsp

Cardamom 3

Water

Boiled rice -2tsp

Preparation

Add rice flour to a bowl, add water in batches, mix well. Add coconut to a mixie jar, add rice flour mix and cooked rice, then grind it into fine paste, add sugar, cardamom and yeast into it, blend it again, then pour it to a vessel, keep aside for 6 hrs. After the batter is fermented well add salt, mix well, pour 2-3 laddle of batter to a greased plate, then steam it well.

3 easy summer drinks

Ingredients

Preparation

For mango juice, add mango pulp to a mixie jar, add sugar and ice cubes into the jar, grind it into fine paste, then add curd and cardamom powder, just blend it and serve it.

For avocado juice, add avocado pulp to the mixie jar, add milkmaid and water, blend it well, next add ice cubes , milk and ice cream, pulse it for 2-3 seconds and serve it with crushed nuts.

For dates shake, add dates, cashews , raisins and ice cubes to the blender, blend it well, then add milk and water , blend it again, then serve it.

Preparation

Add green chilly and garlic to a mixie jar , crush it well, then add egg, salt,turmeric and milk, blend it again, then transfer it to a bowl. Take bread slices, cut it into triangle shape. Heat a pan, spread butter, take bread slices, dip in egg mix and put it in the pan, toast it both sides well.

Ifthar special recipe

Ingredients

•Boneless chicken – 200 grams

•Crushed chilli – 1 tablespoon

•Salt to taste

•Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon

•Chopped carrot – half cup

•Chopped onion – half cup

•mozzarella cheese – half cup

•Maida / all purpose flour – 2 cups

•Salt to taste

•Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon

•Water

•Oil for frying

Preparation

Cook chicken with chilly flakes,pepper powder, salt and water , then keep aside.For dough, add maida, salt and oil in a bowl, add water little by little, knead it well and make a soft dough.Take a bowl, add crushed chicken, onion, carrot and cheese, mix all well, then keep aside. Take small portion from maida, flat it well, then cut it into triangular shape, add filling, fold it from one side, cut another side, then seal it from one side to another, after whole dough set like this , fry it in hot oil.

Home made sliced cheese

Ingredients

Milk:3 cups (3/4 ltrs)

Vinegar / lemon juice :2 tblspn

Salt:1/4 tspn

Butter / Ghee: 1 tblspn

Gelatin/ China grass: 10 grms

Preparation

Heat milk in a pan, then turn off flame and add vinegar, mix well to become spoil strain it to a cotton cloth, and make paneer, transfer it to a mixie jar, add 1 tbsp of water and blend it well, transfer the cream to a pan, add gelatin to a bowl, add milk and soak it for 5 minutes. Add milk and butter the pan, add gelatin mix, heat the pan, mix well, once it melts well turn off flame, add food color and salt, mix again, take a flat plate, pour the mix into it, spread over it with a spatula,after that keep in fridge for sometime, then cut it into slices.

Special Egg Curry

Ingredients

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add spices, thrn add ginger garlic crushed, after sauting it well add onion and green chilly, mix it well, add salt and turmeric, mix well, then close the lid and cook it for 1 whistle.Once the pressure is gone open the lid and add masala powders , boil it for 2 minutes. grind coconut with green chilly and cashew nut , then add it to the curry, add more water and allow it to boil, now break eggs and add direct to the curry, dont mix it for 2-3 minutes, once the egg is cooked well add some curry leaves and turn off flame, finally season it with mustard, curry leaves and dry red chilly.

Preparation

Add banana to a mixie jar, add cumin, cardamom and sugar into it, then grind it to a fine paste, transfer the paste to a mixing bowl, then add wheat flour in batches, mix it well, then add salt and baking soda, finally add semolina, combine all well, heat oil in a pan, add the batter with a spoon, fry well.

Fish Curry

Ingredients

Preparation

Heat coconut oil in a clay pot, add fenugreek, let it pop, then add ginger grated, shallots , green chilly and curry leaves, saute it until it become soft and golden brown, then add masalas, mix it well, once the raw smell gone add tamarind water, after boiling it add coconut paste and water, add salt, boil it well, now add fish, cook it in low flame, finally add fenugreek powder, curry leaves and coconut oil, then turn off flame.

Apple, banana drink

Ingredients

Preparation

Saute apple and carrot with sugar separately and keep aside, cook sago rice with sugar and water, after cooking well, strain out water and set aside. Blend banana with badam and milk, then transfer it to a mixing bowl, add apple, carrot, sago into it, mix well, and let it cool, after that serve it.

Chicken Leg without chicken

Ingredients

Maida:2 cups

Potato : 2 nos

Onion: 2 nos

Cabbage:1 cup

Tomato: 1 small

Green chili:3 nos

Carrot: small piece

Beef:200 grms

Egg :1

Bread crumbs

Oil

Salt

Pepper powder :1 tspn

Preparation

For filling,heat oil in a pan, add onion, chilly, vegetables, salt and pepper powder, saute it for 30 seconds, next add crushed beef and mashed potato, mix well and saute it well, now add tomato and turn off flame. For dough, add maida to a bowl, add salt and water and knead it to make a soft dough, then divide into small balls, then flatten it, after that, cut it into small round shape poori, add filling into it, then fold it like a chicken leg, put a potato stick as leg bone , make whole poori into chicken leg shape,dip all legs in egg mix, and coat bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil.
