Preparation

The spices are sautéed in oil, followed by the onions. Once the onions are lightly browned, the remaining vegetables are added. Dried lime is added for flavor. Basmati rice is used. A specific water-to-rice ratio is used. Manti masala powder and chicken cubes are added to the broth. The chicken is added to the pot. Tomato paste is optional. After the chicken is cooked, it is removed from the pot. The rice is then added to the broth. The mixture is cooked on medium heat until done.The chicken is pan-fried in butter for added flavor. Once the rice is cooked, the chicken is placed on top. The Kabsa is served with a side of yogurt. The video promotes that this is a good dish for special occasions, and as a good alternative to restaraunt take out.

Preparation

First, finely chop one onion grate half a carrot , and add coriander leaves and capsicum . Add chicken filling for flavor and sauté in a little coconut oil . Add Schezwan sauce and sweet chili sauce . In a separate bowl, take five eggs and add chili flakes, oregano, and salt [01:54]. Whisk well, adding a quarter cup of milk . Add the sautéed mixture to the egg mixture . Grease a steel container with coconut oil and pour the mixture into it . Steam for 10-20 minutes until cooked After cooling, cut into desired shapes . Prepare a batter with gram flour, baking soda, salt, and chili powder . Dip the egg pieces in the batter and deep fry until golden brown .The presenter also suggests variations with different sauces and spices.

Prepare nice crepes with the wheat batter, then add filling at centre, add cheese too, then fold it like box, then shallow fry it.

Optionally, mix in mozzarella cheese .
