Grind soaked dry chilly with turmeric and water, then add the paste to curry, mix all together, and cook chicken well, add garam masala powder, once the masala become dry add coconut, mix all, then turn off flame.

For making the bun dough, mix egg, salt, sugar, milk, oil and yeaast in a bowl, after 10 minutes rest, knead maida with this mix, rest the dough for 1 hour to raise. Marinate chicken with turmeric, pepper and salt, then cook it well. Shred the cooked chicken. Saute onion, ginger and green chilly in oil, then add masala powders, combine well, add chicken, mix everything well, the filling is ready. Divide the prepared dough into medium sized balls, then fill it with the chicken mix and cheese, brush with egg, then bake it well.
