Pot Pizza

Ingredients

for marination

boneless chicken pieces-300 gm

pizza sauce-3 tsp

corn flour-2 tsp

maida-1 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

salt

red food color-2 drops

pepper crushed-1 tsp

for dough

warm water-1/4 cup+ 2 1/2 tbsp

yeast-1/4 tsp

salt-1 tsp

sugar-1 tbsp

maida-1 cup

Other ingredients

capsicum-1/4 cup

onion-1/2 cup

olives-1/4 cup

mayonnaise-1/4 cup

pizza sauce-2 tsp

cheese-200 gm

chilly flakes

oregano

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the above listed ingredients. After 15 minutes of rest fry it well and keep aside. For dough, add warm water, salt, sugar, and yeast to a bowl, after raising it add flour, then knead it well, rest it until it raise, then take it from bowl, flatten it by add some maida, cook the base in a tawa, after that cut it into small squares. Add it to a bowl, add chopped onion, capsicum, onion, olives, mayonnaise, and sauce, combine all well. Take a small clay pot, add cheese at the bottom, then add then mix, again cheese…, repeat it until the pot become full, finally add cheese, put capsicum and olives above the pizza, then bake it for 15 minutes.

Instant Plum Cake

Ingredients

For caramelising and dry fruits mixing

Sugar 3/4 cup

Hot water 1/2 cup

Dry fruits as per your choice(added raisins, dates, cherry, tuty fruity

Orange zest 1 teaspoon

Flour 1 1/2 cup(250ml cup)

Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp

Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon

Ginger powder 1/4 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon

Cloves powder 1/4 teaspoon

Egg 3

Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Butter 1/4 cup

Oil 1/4 cup

Preparation

For caramalise sugar, Add sugar to a pan, wait until it starts melting, then mix with a spoon, once it completely melts and color become dark brown, add hot water, combine well, then turn off flame. Divide it into two parts, add dry fruits to one part, mix well and keep aside. Put a strainer above a bowl, add maida, masala powders, baking powder and salt, sieve it to the bowl, add a spoon of flour to the fruit mix, combine all. Beat egg well, add powdered sugar and beat until it become stiff and foamy, then add caramel syrup, butter and oil, beat it again, add vanila essence too, then add flour in 2 batches, combine well, add fruit mix , after mix all together pour the mix to a cake mould,tap it well, add more dry fruits, then bake it for 45-1 hr.

Beans and potato recipe

Ingredients

oil-3 tbsp

mustard- 1 1/2 tsp

onion-1

curry leaves

turmeric-1 tsp

chilly powder-2 tsp

coriander powder-3 tbsp

garlic crushed-5-6

beans-300 gm

potato-300 gm

salt

tomato-1

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, next add onion and garlic, saute it well, add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, now add beans and salt, saute it, then cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes, next add tomato and potato, add more salt, after mixing well, cover it and cook until it become soft, then serve it.

Easy evening snack

Ingredients

milk-1 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

butter-3 tbsp

maida- 2 cup

oil for frying

Preparation

Heat a pan, add milk and sugar, mix well, then add butter, once it melts completely add maida, mix all together until it become soft dough, then transfer it to counter top , knead it again and divide it into 4 equal portion , take each one and roll it , cut it into small shapes, then put a shape with fork, finally, fry all snacks well.

Rice snack

matta rice-3/4 cup

jaggerry-2

small banana

ghee

cashew and kismis

coconut-1 cup

cardamom powder

Preparation

Heat a pan, add rice, roast it well, then transfer it to a plate, once it cooled down, grind it into fine powder. Add the rice powder to a bowl, add coconut and banana, mix it well, then add cardamom and melted jaggerry, add roasted cashew and kismis, knead it well, then set it in a mould, after 10 minutes demould it and cut it into desired shape.

Butter Pudding

Ingredients

custard powder-4 tbsp

milk-1/2 cup + 1 1/2 cup

nuts

china grass-8 gm

unsalted butter-100 gm

condensed milk-200 gm

bread slices-4

Preparation

Take custard powder in a bowl, add milk and mix well. Soak chicna grass in hot water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan, add butter, stir it well, once butter melts completely add milkmaid, boil it again, then add custard mix and china grass, boil well, finally add bread pieces, mash it well, then turn off flame. Transfer the mix to a mixie jar, after blending it well transfer it to a glass container, garnish it with crushed nuts, let it cool enough, then serve it.

Ingredients

poha—-1 cup

roasted peanut

tutti fruity

milk

vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Heat a pan, add poha and ghee, then roast it well and keep aside. Add sugar, banana pieces and boost in a bowl, mash it well. Take serving glasses, first add banana mix, then add poha, next add mixed fruits and tutti fruity, then add banana mix again, repeat the same process before, finally, pour milk and put 1 scoop of ice cream, then serve it.

Eggless fruit cake

Ingredients

Measuring cup used- 200ml

Cake tin used- 6″ diameter

All purpose flour or maida- 1 and 1/2 cup or 225 g

Refined oil- 1/2 cup

Milk- 3/4 cup approx

Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup or Approx 112 g

Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp

Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Lemon juice- 1 tsp

Tutti frutti- 1/4 cup

Preparation

Add powdered sugar to a bowl, then add oil and a pinch of salt, then mix it well, next add pineapple essence, mix again, next add milk, mix it again. In a strainer, add maida, baking powder and baking soda, then sieve it to the sugar mix, next add tutti fruity, combine all together, then transfer the cake batter to the cake tin, after tapping it well add more tutti fruity, then bake it in gas top.

Take finely chopped yam in a bowl, add salt, turmeric , pepper powder, and chilly flakes , mix it well. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and mustard, let it pop well, then add marinated yam, combine well, then cook it in low flame. Add coconut into it, mix well, then turn off flame.
