maida-3 cup

water-1 cup

Preparation

Add maida to a bowl, take water in a bowl, add salt and turmeric, mix well, then pour it above the maida, knead it well and make soft dough, divide the dough into 2, then flatten it with a roller and make thin layer, apply oil above it, then roll it from one side to another, then cut it into small pieces, stretch the pieces with a roller to one side and make long pieces. Now time to fry it, put all into hot oil, then fry it well, try to split the layers as much. Make sugar syrup, and pour the syrup above the crispy snack.

Chicken leg fry without chicken

Ingredients

tapioca-500 gm

kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tbsp

rice flour-1/4 cup

Preparation

Cut tapioca into long thin pieces, wash it well and keep this aside. Take a bowl, add ginger garlic crushed, curry leaves, gram flour, masala powders, rice flour, salt and some water, mix it well and make a thick paste, add chopped tapioca, mix it with masala. Heat oil in a pan, take tapioca 10-12 pieces together, put it to the oil, add more tapioca in groups, fry it well.

Preparation

For preparing rasam powder, dry roast all ingredients in a pan, then grind it into fine powder after the heat is gone. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard , let it pop well, next add dry chilly, roast it well, then add cumin , garlic and tomato, saute all well, now add tomato, cook it until it become soft, then add turmeric and salt, then add green chilly, cook it another some times, then apour tamarind juice, allow it to boil well, now add more water and rasam powder, boil it well, finally add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onion, saute it well, next add tomato, chilly, ginger and garlic, saute all well, next add masala powders, curry leaves and salt, mix it well, add soaked chickpea, then pour water, mix well, then cover the cooker and cook it well. Dry roast coconut, turmeric and curry leaves together, then add to cooked chickpea, then boil it for a minute, then turn off flame.

Finely chopped onion

Marinated chicken

Coriander leaves and mint leaves

Preparation

Marinate chicken with salt ,turmeric, chilly powder, biriyani masala, ginger garlic paste, chilly crushed, chicken masala, curd, and coriander powder, then keep this in freezer for 1/2 hrs.

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, then roast it well, next add onion, roast until it become brown, then add marinated chicken, add a little water, mix it all, after 10 minutes of cooking add mint and coriander, and chilly, cook it for 10 minutes.

Boil water with salt, whole spices, mint and coriander leaves and green chilly, add washed rice after boil the water well, then cook it about 90 %, now strain the rice and add above the chicken masala, add coriander and mint leaves, ghee, and some masala powders, cover the pan with a foil paper, then dum it for 20 minutes.

Ginger – 1 1/2 tsp

Garlic – 10

Garam masala – 1+ ½ Teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1 + ¼ Teaspoon

Oil – 1 ½ Tablespoon

Kashmiri chilli – 1 ½ Tablespoon

Coriander powder – 3 Teaspoon

Pepper powder – ½ Teaspoon

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the masala powders above the list, then keep aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add coconut, then add tomato, onion, chilly, cashews, kismis, ginger and garlic, roast it until the coconut become golden brown, then grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in another pan, add ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add onion and salt, mix all, once it become soft add masala powders, after mixing it well add tomato, cook until it become soft, now add coconut paste and chicken, combine all well, then close the lid and cook it well, finally add coriander leaves, pepper powder and garam masala powder, after mixing it turn off flame.

For Pasteurized mayonnaise, boil egg for 1 minute, then break it into mixie jar, add garlic, salt and half of oil, blend it well, next add leftover oil and vinegar, blend it again, now mayonnaise is ready.

For eggless mayonnaise, add milk, garlic, oil, salt and sugar to mixie jar, then blend it well for 1 minute, next add more oil and vinegar, blend it again until it become thick.

Milk – 3/4 glass

Instant Yeast – 1 tsp

All purpose flour – 2cup

Oil – 3 tbsp

Preparation

Take a bowl, add milk,sugar and yeast, mix well and wait for raise. In an another bowl, add maida, salt and oil, mix well, then add raised yeast, knead it well and make a soft dough, apply oil above the dough, then wrap it well. After 30 minutes take back the dough, put it in counter top, flatten it with a roller, apply butter above the layer, then fold it from both sides, then cut it into two, add the 1 piece above the other, then rest it 10 minutes, flatten it again, then cut it into long pieces, add tutti fruity above the layers, and roll it from one side to another, after that, press it with your hand and bake it.
