Chicken Chukka

Ingredients

chicken-1 kg

onion-3

green chilly, ginger, garlic crushed- 1 1/2 tbsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

coriander leaves

coconut oil-2 tsp

Preparation

Fry onions until it become golden brown, then add to chicken, next add other ingredients one bye one, marinate it well and rest it for 1 hr. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, cook it in low flame, finally add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

Bread snack

bread-3 pieces

egg-2

carrot-half cup

cabbage-half cup

spring onion -half cup

crushed red chilli-half tsp

pepper powder- half tsp

fennel powder-1/4tsp

salt-in taste

maida flour -1&1/2tbsp

milk-1/4cup

corn flakes crumbs as needed

cooking oil for deep fry

Preparation

Take a bowl, add eggs, masalas, chopped vegetables, salt , maida and milk, mix well and make a thick batter, take bread , cut into long pieces, then dip pieces in the mix, coat it with corn flakes, then fry it.

Arrowroot Drink

Ingredients

arrowroot powder-2 tbsp

water-1/2 cup

cardamom + sugar powder

condensed milk-1/4 cup

salt-1/4 tsp

milk-1/2 ltr

water-2 cup

fruits

crushed badam and cashews

Preparation

Take a sauce pan, add arrowroot powder, then add water, mix it well to remove the lumps, then add sugar. salt, milk, condensed milk, and water, mix all well, then turn on flame, stir it well, once it become thick, turn off flame. Let it become cool, then add chopped fruits and crushed nuts, then serve it.

Mini Coconut Bun

Ingredients

wheat powder-2 cups

yeast-1tspoon

sugar-2 tbspoon

egg-1

salt-1/2 tspoon

milk -1/2 cup

for filling
—————-
coconut -1/2

sugar-3 tbspoon

ghee-1 tspoon

raisins

cardamom powder-1/2 tspoon

Preparation

For dough, add yeast to a bowl, then add sugar, egg, salt and milk, mix well, then add flour, knead it well and make a soft dough, keep this aside for raise. For filling, take coconut, remove it from shell, cut off the brown portion, then crush it in mixie jar, add sugar, cardamom, ghee and raising, mix all.

Take the dough, take small portions from it, flatten it in your palms, then add filling, make small balls, then add it to a non stick pan. Heat a tawa, put the pan above the tawa, close the lid, then bake it in low flame.

Lola and chicken curry

Ingredients

maida-3 cup

yeast-1 1/2 tsp

sugar-2 tbsp

milk powder-3 tbsp

cardamom powder -1/4 tsp

black sesame seeds-2 tbsp

salt

egg-1

milk

oil

onion-2

salt

curry leaves

ginger garlic green chilly crushed

soy sauce-1 1/2 tbsp

tomato sauce-3 tbsp

pepper powder-1 tbsp

chicken-750 gm

Preparation

Take a bowl, add maida, rava, salt, sugar, yeast , cardamom powder and sesame seeds, mix all well, then knead the mix with milk and make a soft dough, keep this dough aside for raise. After raising it well divide the dough into equal bid balls, flatten it into medium thick chapathi, then cut it into 4 pieces, then deep fry it in oil.

For chicken mayonnaise, heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add ginger, garlic, chilly crushed and curry leaves, mix well until the raw smell gone next add pepper powder, and sauces, after mixing it well add chicken pieces, combine well and cook it , finally add some coriander and turn off flame. Once the curry become cool, add mayonnaise, mix it all.

Chicken Charcol in air fryer

Ingredients

chicken-4 large pieces

green chilly-3

ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

coriander and mint leaves-1 handful each

salt

lemon juice-1 1/2 lemon

kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp

garam masala -1/2 tsp

turmeric-1 tsp

coconut oil-1 tsp

Preparation

Put deep marks on chicken pieces. Grind, ginger garlic, mint, voriander and green chilly together, then add lemon juice, salt , masala powders and coconut oil, blend it again. Marinate chicken with this masala, and rest for 6 hrs, fry the chicken in air fryer.

Pazham Pori

Ingredients

Preparation

Peel off banana, then slice it into 2 pieces. Take a bowl, add rice flour, maida, salt, sugar, turmeric, cumin, sesame and water, mix well and make a thick batter. Heat oil for frying, take banana slices, dip it in the batter, then fry it in hot oil.

Preparation

Add salt and coconut oil to the beef, mix well and keep aside. Grind ginger, garlic, green chilly, garam masala and turmeric together, then add to beef, marinate it well and add to a pressure cooker, cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, fry it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, then add to cooked beef, combine all , then boil it 10-15 minutes, now turn off flame.

Ingredients

Preparation

Take finely slices onion in a bowl, add other vegetables chopped and salt, mix well with your fingers, then add gram flour and rice flour, mix it again, next add masala powders and fennel seeds, mix all together. Take small balls from it, press it with hand and make vada shape, then deep fry it in hot oil.
